A charming, one-of-a-kind colonial home, where nature flows in through its many windows and doors, preserves the legacy of the historic Susin Mill, originally built in the early 20th century. The original millstone remains in the living room, surrounded by architectural features that have stood the test of time. Throughout the property, lush nature is ever-present, with every imaginable shade of green and countless blue and white butterflies catching the eye. Outside, the waterfall announces itself with its soothing sound before coming into view, while graceful arched bridges spanning the river create a setting unlike any other.

Spacious and cozy house

Designed to comfortably host up to 10 guests, this charming colonial-style home brings together rustic character and thoughtful comfort. The upper floor features a shared dorm-style space with three queen beds, two twin beds, and two sofa beds.

At the heart of the home, a spacious living room is anchored by the original millstone from the historic mill — a striking reminder of the property’s heritage — alongside inviting sofas and a wood-burning stove that warms the entire house.

The kitchen is fully equipped and made for gathering, with a commercial stove, wood-burning stove, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and barbecue grill.

Outdoors, a covered pavilion with an additional barbecue extends the living space, while verandas invite slow moments surrounded by nature and the sounds of the river.
